We have always taken our responsibilities concerning insurance and compliance seriously and Health and Safety is no exception. We are compliant with the Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations 2007 and adhere to the ACoP document allowing us to fully comply with the current legal requirements.

These Regulations help to ensure that construction projects are safe to build, safe to use, safe to maintain. It also helps to:
  • Reduce bureaucracy and paperwork - making the focus planning and management, rather than the plan and other paperwork
  • Simplifies the Regulations to improve clarity – so making it easier for duty holders to know what is expected of them
  • Encourages more integration - strengthening the requirements regarding co-ordination and co-operation
  • Simplifies the assessment of competence (both for organizations and individuals) to help raise standards
